The hotel had a convenient location near the train station, making it easy for us to catch our train to Probllinggo in the morning. We also found many restaurants and food stalls nearby, perfect for a quick meal. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant offered a good view and a variety of Indonesian food.

I recently stayed at Tab Capsule Hotel - Kayoon for one night during my trip to Surabaya. As a traveler who has been staying in hostels for a month, the unique capsule concept provided a refreshing change and a bit more privacy. The futuristic capsules were IT oriented and allowed me to listen to my MP3, watch movies, and view photos using my thumbdrive. The noise-free environment was a bonus, with headphones provided for listening. The cleanliness of the capsules, toilets, and elevators was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel's great location made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions such as the Submarine Museum, Plaza Surabaya, Cancer Museum, Flower Market. Another highlight was the presence of a prayer room and water dispenser on every floor. The staff at Tab Capsule Hotel - Kayoon were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even taking the time to share the hotel's story while I waited in the lobby. They also provided a shuttle car service for convenient transportation around the area.

Comfortable guestrooms ensure a good night's sleep with some rooms featuring facilities such as towels, internet access – wireless, air conditioning, television, satellite/cable TV. Throughout my stay, I felt like a pampered guest in a luxury spaceship, with the softest pillows and the smoothest satellite TV channels transporting me to another dimension.

The bathrooms were in need of a good cleaning and the bins in our room were not emptied regularly.

It's an interesting concept and we were happy to try it out. the private room we booked was small but clean and well, organized. the capsule itself was comfortable for two people, equipped with a TV, USB slots, and AC. the bathroom was clean and had hot water for showers. the location is perfect, just a 5, minute walk from the main station. Another plus was the included breakfast, which was served on the top floor. Starting the day with a cup of coffee on the sunny terrace was a nice feeling. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. 😊.

The staff was a bit slow to respond to issues. the lower bed in the double capsule was too low and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get in and out.
